Strike Out Stigma Bowl rolls through King Pin Lanes and Flamingo Bowl
ACR Health brought its new Strike Out Stigma Bowl fundraiser to King Pin Lanes in Rome on Oct. 9 and Flamingo Bowl in Liverpool on Oct. 10, with a third stop at Pla-Mor Lanes in Watertown on Oct. 17. Teams of four paid $100 (or $25 per person) to bowl in support of the agency's health and human services across Central and Northern New York.
The campaign page showed $27,935 raised toward a $35,000 goal. WKTV reported that the bowl replaces ACR Health's longstanding AIDS Walk/Run.
